An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and self-motivated BACPR-qualified Level 4 Exercise Instructor to work with us on a self-employed basis.
In the first instance, you will be responsible for the weekly delivery of two well-established community-based Phase 4 Cardiac Rehab Exercise Classes. These currently take place at Llanfoist Village Hall (Monday 3:15pm-4:15pm) and Monmouth Leisure Centre (Thursday 1:45pm- 2:45pm). There may be flexibility around these days and times for the right candidate.
You will also be expected to expand your role within the first three months through the development of new ideas on increasing class membership.
Suitable applicants will need to be well presented and passionate about exercise and healthy lifestyles.
Salary: circa £25 per hour.
Job: 3 hours per week including 2 x 1hr classes and 1 x hr admin time (maintain/update class records etc).
