Make a difference

We aim to make long-term cardiac rehab exercise classes available to everyone who needs them, so we subsidise the cost of our classes .

That means fundraising is an essential part of our activities.

Cardiac rehab works!

If you have a heart or circulatory condition, regular cardiac rehab exercise is one of the best things you can do to stay healthy. We make it easy with weekly classes across North Gwent.

Become a member

Annual membership costs £10 and in return you’ll get an automatic £1 reduction on the cost of each class. So you’ll pay just £5 instead of the £6. Plus you’ll receive a free subscription to “Ticker News”, our quarterly newsletter.

Better still, if you’re a UK tax payer, we can claim Gift Aid on your annual membership – that’s an extra £2.50 per person per year. Just make sure you complete the Gift Aid declaration when you sign up!

Make a donation

Your donations keep us ticking over, and whether you’d like to make a one-off donation, become a monthly donor, or make us the beneficiary of a fundraising event, you can do so securely and with confidence through our Just Giving page.

Even a small amount can make a big difference to us, and turning a one-off donation into a smaller monthly donation can help us become more effective and allow us to plan further ahead.

And remember, if you’re a UK tax payer and complete the Gift Aid declaration on the Just Giving page, we can claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate.

Get involved in our events

Our fundraising team work hard to fill our calendar with fun events that get everyone involved – from our springtime Potato Growing Challenge, to coffee mornings, craft workshops, and our Christmas Market. Keep an eye on our What’s On page and join the Ticker Network Facebook Group for the latest news.

Join the 200+ Club

Drawn every quarter, our 200+Club lottery gives members a chance to win one of three cash prizes: £50, £75 or £100. But you’ve got to be in it to win it!
