Fancy a chance to win the fabulous festive hamper pictured above? Then please join us at St Edmunds Church Crickhowell on Tuesday evening 16 December for the Crickhowell Choral Society’s annual Community Carols Concert.

We’ll be selling raffle tickets for the hamper as a fundraiser before the concert starts and during the interval (£1 each or £5/strip), with proceeds going to support our programme of community-based Cardiac Rehab Exercise Classes across the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area.

Doors open at 5:30pm, with the concert programme set to start at 6pm. The Choral Society’s talented singers will be joined by children’s choirs from Llangattock, Crickhowell and Llangynidr Primary Schools. Together they’ll fill the church with all your favourite carols, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities to join in the singing.

Entry to the concert is free, and for extra seasonal cheer, we’ll be serving up mulled wine and mince pies during the interval (donations welcome!).

So, dig out your best Christmas jumper and bring along your family and friends to enjoy a heart-warming evening of festive music and fun in aid of a good local cause.

And, of course, if you’re lucky, you could be going home with our magnificent Christmas hamper, kindly donated by our Trustee Neil Gregory, and Blaenavon-based G.O.S Tool & Engineering Services Ltd.
